As an Assistant Manager, Store/Kiosk, you will assist the Retail Store Manager in the daily operation of a retail store. Your duties will include: maintaining inventory levels, conducting physical inventory checks, maintaining store appearance, and complete day-to-day paperwork as directed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Work directly under the supervision of the Retail Store Manager
- Spend 75% of your time on the sales floor to ensure efficient, courteous handling of customer requests, including sales, billing/service problem resolution, bill payments and technical troubleshooting
- Resolve customer escalations
- Verify accuracy of daily service revenue reports and bank deposits
- Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transactions and maintain compliance with AT&T Mobility store standards
- Ensure store/kiosk is opened and closed appropriately by following standard procedures
